Module 3 - RERA for Sellers: Builders, Brokers: what are the loopholes and how to move about them. Opportunities for expansion of business post RERA. All this is explained in a case study format.
Module 4: RERA for Practitioners: Lawyers, Law Students : Practical guide to RERA. Tackling all issues that do crop up time and again.
Module 5: 5. Useful Resources: donut solving is done for participants. They are also guided about the various reference materials they could use to know a particular topic in depth. Few contact details are shared as to approach when caught in difficulty.
The law courses end with the Law certificate, thus granting the participants the confidence to tackle RERA.
