I work as a Zonal administration head of a software solutions company. We cater to providing a portal for conducting online examinations throughout India. I take care of Nagpur and the entire Vidharbha area. With more and more assessments turning into online mode., our business is booming. I want to make the best of being in this industry at this time and at the same time prepare myself for ll future up-gradation. That’s why I thought of doing the Lean Six Sigma Master Black belt course and what better than Henry Harvin to do the course from. I had done my design thinking Course from Henry Harvin and it proved to be very beneficial for me.
Like my previous course, I was given access to LMS as soon as I enrolled for the course. Our mentor was an experienced Industry expert who explained to us concepts like optimization of average call times, defect reduction in die casting and improving internal SQR in XXM activities. I learnt skills like data analysis, waste reduction, process automation and creating innovative solutions through 80 hours of core instructor-led training.
The course curriculum is aligned to the DMAIC model which confirms Six Sigma methodologies and principles and holds immense credibility on a global forum. We were given homework and made to do brainstorming in analysing case studies. Apart from that after our formal training is over with Henry Harvin, we can still access all the study materials for one year.
They also provide internship facilities and job assistance. After being awarded Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certification I would also be eligible to train Lean Six Sigma Green and Black Belt certification holders. I am so happy I did this course, now I feel so empowered and confident in my job. Thank you, Henry Harvin.
