It has been five months since I joined my company in Chennai as a lean practitioner. My job selection was not an easy task but I was determined to excel in it. Yet even after these five months, I could sense the lack of professionalism in my work. I was able to complete my chores on time, but somehow was not impressed by the quality. One of my colleagues guided me through my difficulties. He introduced me to Henry Harvin’s Lean Practitioner Training course. I had never considered taking online courses for my career, but I think now it was high time.

The course was designed perfectly, starting from the very basics and then gradually helping the candidates acquire their dream levels. The 8 hour long infrastructure was a complete package of interactive video lectures and live sessions, with brush up sessions and many more. Also for a lean practitioner, the six sigma course and its concepts are very important. This course will literally strengthen the basic ideas and concepts of six sigma, which I feel is really important for understanding of the DMAIC methodology. And I must also mention that my trainor was very linear and tedious with his delivery of the concepts, which encouraged me to work harder.

I also took the online exam in which I succeeded fairly enough to receive the globally acclaimed certificate for this course. Now my colleagues are impressed with my work and my active spirit has brought a positive impact on the company. Thank you Henry Harvin!
