Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, I was one amongst many individuals who lost their jobs. It was a tough phase for me. I was shattered but didn’t give up. After many discussions with my family and friends, I decided to switch my career to HR Professional. But I knew it had a lot of risks involved as I was going to choose a whole new path for myself. My friend suggested that I join a HR Generalist course and develop the knowledge and skill before searching for jobs. 

I started looking for online courses as offline courses were not possible during that time. I looked at many different institution’s brochures and was confused which one to go with. This was when I found out about Henry Harvin institute. All their key features and curriculum seemed very interesting. I immediately registered for the counselling and got a call from them. They explained to me the benefits of joining Henry Harvin and many other things. I enrolled and attended the sessions seriously. This was my first online coaching and I was not very sure how it would end up. But the trainers were very supportive and guided me throughout the course. I was assigned many mini-projects during the training with others as a part of practical assessments and I did all of them with utmost interest.

The soft skills development program which came with the course added another plus point to their training. Like they had promised, they provided the placement assistance to me and I am happy to share that I am pretty confident and skilled than before. All my gratitude to Henry Harvin.
