Henry Harvin’s ITIL Foundation certification program was my first online course and I had a lot of fun completing it. To my surprise, I was blown away by the quality of the training. One of my favourite aspects was how well the trainers explained everything. As a recent graduate, I was looking for a position to strengthen my resume. I completed the Henry Harvin course and found it to be completely worth my time and money.

As the classes were held online and were 16 hours of Live Online Interactive Classroom Sessions, I had no problem committing to completing the class at my own pace. Participants in our batch had different educational backgrounds, some of whom had background knowledge of ITIL and some of whom were completely new to the subject, which made the session so interesting. 

First, the trainer introduced the fundamentals of ITIL course, then moved on to topics like ITIL service value system, dimensions of service management and so on. Everything was followed in a systematic manner. We needed time to comprehend some topics during the session, but we managed to breeze through it thanks to the pre-recorded sessions that were provided to us. While listening to the lecture countless times, we were able to retain the information.

I am very glad that I took the ITIL Foundation training course with Henry Harvin, since it has a very result-oriented approach. Once we get our training completed, they provide us with internships. It was a very good experience overall. Thanks a lot, Henry Harvin.
