Recently, I completed the ITIL Foundation course certification at Henry Harvin. My experience there was wonderful. 16 hours of live online interactive classroom sessions are conducted. We had a very skilled tutor with a broad knowledge of this field. The curriculum of the course caters perfectly to the needs of the students. 

Modules included ITIL introduction, service value chain concept, service management concepts, etc. Students were given concepts in an easy-to-understand manner. Furthermore, they offered skill development programs, such as resume writing.

Live projects and case studies are provided to improve understanding. The monthly Bootcamp sessions had added substance to the training. The trainers were also given the chance to work on real-life projects and do case studies in order to enhance their understanding. A number of strategies were provided to help us handle real-world situations. My learning experience was very rewarding at the end of the course. By joining Henry Harvin, I learned about ITIL’s important and beneficial aspects. 

The price for the entire training period was also very reasonable. When signing up for Henry Harvin’s ITIL Foundation certification course, one benefit was that in the event that a participant was not satisfied after the first session they promised to provide the full payment back. It has truly been a very positive experience for me. It was definitely worth all the time and effort I invested in it. I would certainly recommend this course to anyone looking for it.
