The ITIL Foundation certification course from Henry Harvin has been an excellent decision for me, as in the current atmosphere employee skill level is becoming a key factor and ITIL Foundation certification course plays an important role in handling the international live projects and case studies, to adopt modern technologies and operational processes in service management framework.

I have found that there are numerous benefits that I have gained through joining Henry Harvin, from training to live projects and case studies for a better understanding of the subject. Additionally, they also provide internship opportunities for their participants. Yet, Henry Harvin’s bootcamp sessions have been the most enjoyable parts of my training. This course included modules on ITIL introduction, concepts of service management, service value chain, etc. The subject matter experts created these modules with the aim of making participants industry-ready. During the training, we gained hands-on experience in ITIL Foundation using a variety of methods including live projects and case studies to improve comprehension, pre-recorded videos, monthly bootcamps, etc.
