I learned to apply sigma methodologies to accomplish business objectives, and how to explore, analyse and solve business problems using popular analytics tools such as python and advanced excel. After the training we get up to 24 hours of brush-up session post the formal training which is distributed across a year. I also learned how to develop high quality products and services.
