4. Team management skills

Team management is the ability of an individual to administer and coordinate with their fellow beings to perform a task effectively. No work can be done alone, so you need to learn how to delegate effectively. You need to enhance team management skills to learn how to motivate people, develop team, communicate effectively with people inside and outside your team.

5. Problem solving skills

Problems can arise without a notice. You need to prepare yourself to tackle a problem and find a solution for the same. Problem solving skills empower you not only in your personal life but are needed in your professional life too. So, identify the issues, list the possible options, evaluate the options and select one….. after its thorough monitoring and evaluation. This will boost your self confidence.

6. Presentation skills

Ask anyone, young or old,about their greatest fear and you’ll likely hear, “Speaking in public!” That’s right!!. Most of us suffer from this, so we need to overcome this fear of ours. Presentation skills involve, firstly making good eye contact with each audience member. Secondly, overcoming our nervousness by raising questions to the audience and deep preparation of the topic at our end. Therefore, just prepare yourself and you’re ready to go….
