• Coordinate user acceptance testing.by tracking and managing end user testing efforts to ensure that the test environments are stable, the users have access to the environments, code is appropriately loaded and the test cases are applicable to the tests being conducted.
• Identify and document application defects and track to resolution, performing retesting as required.
• Closely track those defects that will need to be carried over to another release/upgrade.
• Identify and document deficiencies in system documentation (e.g., missing or ambiguous requirements) identified during the testing process.
• Development or revision of existing user guides, quick reference guides and/or other help files for the end user community
