A Product of Various Revisions: Agota™ Framework: 2024

Agota™ Framework, is a carefully designed and structured by the pioneer industrialists along with tour reverend educational counselors. The framework has been evolved after multiple careful consideration and multiple revisions. The patterns or the features of this Framework is the product of these additional considerations. The idea was to build a strong and adaptable approach that provides gestalt principles and emphasis on wholeness. The outcome of which was deemed to have overall growth not only in the professional field but also in the internal skills of an individual.    The Agota™ Timeline: Agota™ Framework, is the end product or advanced version of the previously exercised strategic framework from Henry Harvin Education. Initially known as the 9-in-1 Benefit program, we provided a total of 9 key features in our courses. Namely, Two way training, Projects, Internship, Certification, Placement support, E-Learning, Masterclass, Hackathons and Membership benefits. Although the 9-in-1 benefit program catered to the needs of the students from the year 2014 to 2020, it needed an upgrade with the new advancements in the contemporary times. With this realization our visionaries revised the framework and re-published it as 10-in-1 Benefits. The 10-in-1 Benefits added more value to the initial framework. It added a new revolutionary key feature to the previous feature. The essential feature was ‘Entrepreneurship Mentorship’ that provided- Mentorship from Young Successful Entrepreneurs to set up a sustainable & scalable Business from scratch at both Freelance & Entrepreneur level to the students. Incorporating the aspect of mentorship was one of the necessary steps in providing the immersive learning experience to our students. Despite the already advanced and up-to-date deliverables, Henry Harvin and its core team of advisors decided to add more value to the already defined key features.  The Launch of Agota™ Framework took place in the year 2024. The core team of  chief counselors then put forward a strategic approach that could provide an ideal and robust training and development of an individual in competency as well as career domain.
