A team player:

A true leader is someone who can manage a team. For you to be able to handle it, you should be a team player. You should be down to earth and value each member of your team equally.

A good listener 

For being able to manage a team, you should be able to communicate with them. For this, you should be willing to listen to your teammates and being honest and communicative with them. Remember, a good speaker has to be a good listener.

Able to take initiatives

As a leader, you have to take various risks and initiatives to grow a company. You can’t be scared of taking actions and bringing new ideas to the table even if they seem risky.

Able to offer solutions

After listening to your teammates, you should be able to analyze the problem, assess it, and provide the best solutions. 

Jack of all trades

As a leader, you may not be required to specialize in one particular activity, but you should have enough knowledge to understand the different aspects of the work. 

Have the will to learn and ability to adapt

Adaptability is one of the most crucial qualities of a leader. The world is continuously changing, and not being able to adapt and grow with the world means becoming obsolete.
